THE FRINGE is published only at c1bertitans.com. This domain is the sole public sales and architecture surface for C1BERTITANS.

What we are

An architecture and delivery company: Zero Trust dual-plane access, private content policy, QFC multi-plane fusion, PDE decision gates, Field Mandate staged delivery. Engineering you can demo and field—not a slogan deck.

What we are not

Not a consumer access vendor. Not a claim of global SOC scale on day one. Not ungoverned “autonomous AI.” Network admission for untrusted segments is one control plane inside a larger fabric.

Architecture and mission integrity

As Chief Technology Officer of C1BERTITANS, I own the architecture and mission integrity of THE FRINGE — Ikaros as the policy engine, built for government facilities, enterprise campuses, and regulated operators.

THE FRINGE is not a point product and not a consumer access business. It is a coordinated mesh — access, content, fusion, decision, governance — designed to reason and act as one organism, not a stack of disconnected tools.

At the core is Ikaros, the Predictive Decisiveness Engine: ingest, fuse, rank, propose, gate, act, learn. QFC correlates evidence so a campaign is one narrative, not four tickets. CEP-Rank scores signal. The AEGIS kernel gates action — nothing executes without policy. Every decision is journaled.

Models accelerate triage. They do not hold authority. High-impact actions remain strictly HUMAN_ONLY. That is doctrine, not a gap we intend to close.

This origin publishes the ENGINE PATH. It is not a PEP and not a node on the path. Fused telemetry stays in the customer’s dedicated enclave — never a multi-tenant cloud backend. We architect to published NIST, CISA, and NSA Zero Trust frameworks. We do not claim an Authorization to Operate. Dual-plane honesty: untrusted traffic is never treated as private. Content inspection is scoped to the private plane only.

Commercial work follows Field Mandate: statements of work with acceptance criteria — methodology over marketing. We leave global hyperscale to those already built for it. Our ground is coherence and gated decisioning: auditable, human-governed action at the edge.
